Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist for their Individual Investor Services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer phone calls
  • Respond to email, voicemail, and chat inquiries from customers
  • Provide high-quality customer support and education on account opening, distribution, investment processes, IRAs, and IRS codes
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Bilingual language skills preferred
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems
