Job Summary

- Take inbound calls from customers and restaurants
- Manage incoming tickets and facilitate communication between parties
- Perform minor troubleshooting and clerical duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Associate's Degree
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Call center or food industry experience is a plus
- Self-directed and self-motivated
