Job Summary

To oversee work order administration activities remotely, the contract Support Specialist Coordinator will manage scheduling, material procurement, and workflow coordination between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions while ensuring successful project completion.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer work order scheduling, material procurement, and milestone date management
  • Coordinate workflow between various departments and report progress to senior management
  • Issue work assignments and monitor quality, providing resolutions and acting as the vendor contact point
Required qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
  • Experience leading complex, strategic projects with successful results
  • Proven ability to build strong peer-level and cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
