Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist I in San Diego, CA for their operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and answer client questions related to software, integrations, and billing via phone, email, and chat
  • Manage provider support and follow-up with partners to resolve issues for the Local SEO Team
  • Assist clients in optimizing the company's technology and provide platform configuration and data management services
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level education
  • Interest in pursuing a career in technology
  • Client-facing experience preferred
  • Ability to work quickly and independently with excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt quickly to new programs
