Support Specialist I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist I to assist with a residential energy affordability and greenhouse gas reduction program in British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the public to identify their needs and recommend appropriate energy reduction strategies
• Support the delivery of energy efficiency programs focused on greenhouse gas reduction
• Collaborate with team members while primarily working remotely, attending the office bi-weekly

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Post-secondary education is preferred
• Experience in a call-center environment or similar customer service position
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Accountability and reliability in work performance
