Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, the full-time Support Specialist I will respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone while maintaining expertise in the back office transaction management and accounting platform, all in an on-site capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to and resolving multiple customer cases during dedicated business hours
- Providing world-class customer service and troubleshooting technical issues
- Delivering product training sessions and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
Required qualifications
- Four-year technical degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or related field, or 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience with accounting concepts and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and enterprise-level customers is a plus
- General understanding of the Real Estate industry preferred
