Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a Support Team to provide technical and application support to clients
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and deliver excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to address high-priority technical issues and resolve escalations

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience leading remote teams in a customer or technical support setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and motivate team members
  • Experience in improving and managing Technical Support processes
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to develop a technical understanding of the supported solution
