Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Systems Administrator, User Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the implementation and configuration of Zendesk, including ticket routing, views, and automations
  • Integrate Zendesk with other tools and maintain system health by monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within Zendesk to provide visibility into support metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Zendesk administration experience
  • Experience integrating Zendesk with third-party tools and working with APIs
  • Familiarity with support operations and the ability to anticipate workflow impacts
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Zendesk Explore or similar BI tools
  • Organized and documentation-minded with a focus on system continuity
