Job Summary

Supporting the stability and improvement of core business applications, the full-time remote Support Systems Engineer will manage technical escalations, ensure system reliability, and enhance integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the escalation point for issues related to various business applications, diagnosing and resolving complex platform issues
  • Maintain stable operations of supported platforms by monitoring performance and improving system configurations and workflows
  • Respond to and manage incidents affecting business applications, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business applications such as Zoho, Monday.com, and NetSuite
  • Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex platform issues, including configurations and integrations
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integration tools for connecting business systems
  • Experience with application monitoring and alerting tools like DataDog for proactive issue detection
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
