Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the full-time Support Team Executive will interact with current and potential customers through various channels, collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience, and promote mortgage advice services, with the option for hybrid or remote work.

Key responsibilities:
  • Address customer queries via Intercom and phone, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to enhance service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations and promote mortgage services
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in a contact center environment, working to performance metrics
  • Familiarity with Intercom is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
