Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS Support or a customer-facing technical role
- 1-3+ years of leadership or team development experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience using AI tools for investigations
- Strong analytical reasoning and systems thinking ability
- Experience building scalable playbooks and operational processes
