Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Technician to provide professional and timely technology support within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults and troubleshoot technology issues
- Install and configure computer and video conferencing hardware and software
- Maintain and update support information and actions in the Tech Ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting multiple operating systems in a Microsoft Active Directory/0365 environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting Apple hardware and software, including JAMF
- Familiarity with AV and video conferencing technology
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
