Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Technician to provide professional and timely technology support within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults and troubleshoot technology issues
  • Install and configure computer and video conferencing hardware and software
  • Maintain and update support information and actions in the Tech Ticketing system
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience supporting multiple operating systems in a Microsoft Active Directory/0365 environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting Apple hardware and software, including JAMF
  • Familiarity with AV and video conferencing technology
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow
