Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Technician to provide technical support and assist with client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to users through phone, email, and remote sessions
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems; escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Assist with creating and maintaining scripts in C# and SQL for client reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience providing technical support via phone and email in a professional environment
  • Some familiarity with code and scripts
  • Understanding of Windows OS and common networking concepts
  • Basic knowledge of C# and SQL for scripting and report generation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
