Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Tech III to assist customers with software-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and process customer calls, providing timely resolutions and optimizing customer experience
  • Document customer interactions and manage ongoing issues while educating customers on product features
  • Draft knowledgebase articles and create training content, while participating in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Typically 4 or more years of related experience
  • High School education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training
  • Advanced knowledge of HSPS Dental Software(s) or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks as it relates to the supported software
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
