Job Summary

Support Technology Manager, responsible for delivering veterinary diagnostic support through technology orchestration in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical administration of the NICE CXone platform, including script design and optimization
  • Manage the implementation of AI solutions and oversee bot logic development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support systems and analytics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) administration
  • Proven experience with NICE CXOne Studio Scripting
  • Experience with AI agents or automated workflows in customer service
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures or veterinary workflow is a plus
