Supporter Engagement Coordinator
Job Summary
To support donor engagement strategies, the part-time Supporter Engagement Coordinator will identify and analyze prospects for major giving, manage research profiles, and leverage AI tools to enhance relationship management, all while working remotely for 25 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify new major giving prospects using traditional and AI-powered research methods
- Prepare and maintain research profiles and reports for relationship management
- Utilize various systems and tools to conduct prospect research and improve efficiency
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in development and prospect research
- Proficient in iWave, Wealth Engine, or similar research platforms
- Experience with AI tools for productivity and insight generation
- Knowledge of prospect research principles and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
