Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Supportive Care Specialist will facilitate clinical and supportive care services by managing patient appointments, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Schedules and confirms patient appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and communication
- Utilizes electronic medical records (EMR) and other tools to manage patient data and reports
- Acts as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, addressing non-clinical requests and concerns
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three years of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting, with oncology knowledge preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Valid state Driver's License with compliance to safety operations policies
