Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Surety Account Manager will manage a designated book of business, support client inquiries, and coordinate bond services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Service and support client accounts by responding to inquiries and maintaining documentation of communications and issues
  • Process new and renewal billings accurately and manage necessary documentation throughout the life of the bond
  • Engage with internal teams to determine action plans for billing discrepancies and ensure compliance communications are created and sent as needed
Required qualifications
  • Ability to research industry trends and governmental regulations related to surety bonds
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and carriers
  • Strong understanding of bond/surety industry developments and products
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions
  • Self-directed with a proven track record of high performance
