Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, sign, seal, and issue bond forms while managing certification requests and invoicing for assigned accounts
Provide expert guidance to clients on surety bonds and maintain strong relationships with carriers
Offer feedback to improve systems and workflows within the surety team

Required Qualifications

Experience in bond execution and invoicing
Strong understanding of surety bonds and bond mechanics
Experience with EPIC agency management system is preferred
Ability to navigate complex bond requests
Mid-senior level experience in business development or administrative roles
