Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the surety industry with a focus on process improvement and automation
  • Proven experience leading projects or initiatives in a surety or insurance environment
  • Proficiency in data technologies and programming languages such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, preferably Agile
