Surety Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surety Systems and Reporting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage initiatives to automate processes and enhance efficiencies within the commercial surety division
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement projects
• Conduct user acceptance testing and assist in the development of an internet-based business issuance system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the surety industry with a focus on process improvement and automation
• Proven experience leading projects or initiatives in a surety or insurance environment
• Proficiency in data technologies and programming languages such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel
• Understanding of project management methodologies, preferably Agile
