Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in the surety industry with a focus on process improvement and automation
- Proven experience leading projects or initiatives in a surety or insurance environment
- Proficiency in data technologies and programming languages such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Understanding of project management methodologies, preferably Agile
