Surface Land Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surface Land Agent II/III/IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire Midstream Agreements, Right of Ways, and other surface-related contracts
• Prepare and analyze landman title, oil and gas data, and conduct pre-construction investigations
• Manage contractors to ensure timely project completion and budget adherence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is desired
• Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
