Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls to assist individuals affected by natural disasters
  • Research information in databases to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion to callers in need
Required Qualifications:
  • Reside and legally able to work in the United States
  • Respond within 1-2 hours of notification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Available to attend mandatory training sessions
  • Must be able to start immediately
