• Oversee training, onboarding, and cross-coverage systems for surgical scheduling teams
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, health care, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management
• Three years of experience working on quality and process improvement projects
• Proven record of project completion and program planning
• Experience leading committees and cross-functional teams
