Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surgery Scheduler to join their Surgical Oncology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned physicians' clinical workload and patient phone calls
• Schedule patient surgeries and coordinate treatment care plans across multiple locations
• Perform administrative duties including handling correspondence and confirming surgery dates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with complex patient scheduling
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• Broad knowledge of medical front office operations and medical terminology
• Familiarity with insurance plans and ICD/CPT coding
