Surgical Care Navigator

Job Summary

Supporting patient engagement and outreach operations for orthopedic patients, the full-time Surgical Care Navigator will conduct health assessments, advocate for patients, and assist with care coordination in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential surgical patients and administer assessments to identify care goals and barriers
• Act as an advocate and educator for patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and available resources
• Serve as a liaison among patients, providers, and internal teams to promote evidence-based orthopedic care

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or value-based care preferred
• Experience with electronic health records and call center systems
• Ability to maintain HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines
• Comfort with technology and rapid changes in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
