Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surgical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant coding of physician services
• Review chart documentation to extract appropriate procedural, E/M, and ICD-10 codes
• Interact with providers to enhance engagement and provide feedback and education

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2-3 years of previous healthcare coding experience required
• AAPC or AHIMA coding certification preferred
• Knowledgeable about third-party billing regulations and CPT/ICD coding
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
