Surgical Sales Representative

Job Summary

To generate new business nationally, the remote Surgical Sales Representative will hunt for leads, conduct virtual demonstrations, and manage accounts while collaborating with healthcare professionals and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture new leads for product evaluations at healthcare facilities
• Conduct virtual demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers and clinical staff
• Manage accounts post-conversion and collaborate with sales team to achieve goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or technical sales for Surgical or Operating Room products
• Proven track record in prospecting, converting new accounts, and territory development
• Ability to educate clinical staff with high levels of engagement
• Desire to grow into a leadership role within the company
