Job Summary

To support Surgical Services, the full-time Talent Acquisition Consultant will develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles, collaborating closely with nursing and operational leaders while ensuring a positive candidate experience, with the option for remote work in select states.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Surgical Services leaders to align recruitment strategies with workforce plans and organizational goals
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical Surgical Services positions while fostering relationships with passive candidates
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (4 years)
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, specifically in Surgical Services or perioperative services
  • Demonstrated success in developing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Experience within a large, complex healthcare organization or multi-site health system
