Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff and faculty
• Oversee programmatic management, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with programmatic accreditation and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Graduate of an accredited education program in surgical technology
• Documented experience in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning
• Credential in surgical technology from a nationally accredited certification program
• At least 5 years of experience in the operating room scrub role or as a surgical technology instructor within the past 10 years
