Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, document preparation, and quality control measures
• Respond to status inquiries and communicate with clients, vendors, and borrowers
• Assist in training new hires and update internal processing systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 5 years of foreclosure/default loan servicing experience
• Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking
• Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
