Key Responsibilities
- Manage compliance efforts for surplus lines operations in accordance with state regulations
- Complete and ensure timely surplus lines filings and tax remittances
- Assist with compliance monitoring, auditing, and updating procedures related to insurance operations
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of surplus lines laws and regulations
- 2+ years of property and casualty insurance compliance experience
- Experience in surplus lines operations
- Proficiency with software tools such as Excel, G Suite, and policy management systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
