Job Summary
A company is looking for a Surplus Lines Coordinator to join their Implementation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process client license updates and transitions
- Assess licensing changes and update the tax filing portal accordingly
- Guide clients through entity transitions and assist with obtaining state credentials
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in the insurance or surplus lines industry
- 2+ years of direct customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals
