Job Summary
Detail-oriented and client-focused, the full-time Surplus Lines Coordinator will manage client license updates, assess licensing impacts on state reporting, and guide clients through system adjustments, all while working remotely to enhance the implementation and filing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process client license updates, including terminations and entity transitions
- Assess licensing changes and ensure accurate updates to the proprietary tax filing portal
- Conduct proactive client outreach to collect required state information and communicate upcoming requirement changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in the insurance or surplus lines industry
- 2+ years of direct customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
