Surplus Lines Coordinator

Job Summary

Assisting with Surplus Lines filings across all 50 states, the remote Surplus Lines Coordinator will manage the preparation and reporting of filings, ensure timely tax payments, and reconcile discrepancies in documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and review weekly insurance company payables reports
• Ensure accurate billing of surplus lines taxes and fees in agency management systems
• Process payments and submit documentation to appropriate state agencies or Surplus Lines Associations

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two or more years of related work experience, specifically in surplus lines filing and insurance payables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
