Job Summary

Providing essential customer service support, the full-time remote Surplus Lines Customer Experience Associate will manage client communications, process surplus lines tax reports, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with internal teams and state regulators.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client communications by responding to inquiries, billing questions, and payment confirmations
  • Prepare, process, and distribute surplus lines tax reports and payments to clients
  • Communicate with state regulators to ensure compliance with surplus lines requirements and regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of surplus lines tax filing experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving
