Job Summary

Providing front-line customer service support, the full-time Surplus Lines Customer Experience Associate will manage client communications, process surplus lines tax reports, and ensure compliance with regulations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client communications by responding to inquiries, billing questions, and payment confirmations professionally and timely
  • Prepare, process, and distribute surplus lines tax reports and payments while coordinating with state regulators for compliance
  • Train and mentor team members on workflows and processes, serving as an escalation point for client and operational issues
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of surplus lines tax filing experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on accuracy and thorough documentation
