Job Summary
Supporting the growth of a dedicated team, the full-time Surplus Lines Operations Specialist will manage invoicing, client creation, and administrative support while ensuring exceptional service to agents and clients in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Surplus Lines Agency Bill invoicing, including creating invoices and tracking quarterly installments
- Provide administrative support by managing the Surplus Lines email box and researching agent codes for renewals
- Respond to agents' and customers' requests, applying critical thinking to meet service goals
Required Qualifications
- 2 Year College associate degree or equivalent job experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
