Surplus Lines Payables Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surplus Lines Payables Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• File and report required policy information into various state websites
• Complete filing spreadsheets for tax returns and reporting
• Process tax returns and payments timely based on filing calendar

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in Insurance accounting, state surplus lines filings, and/or insurance billing required
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Adaptability to changing processes and willingness to learn
