Surplus Lines Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Policy Services Supervisor in a temporary remote capacity, the Surplus Lines Support Specialist will oversee policy administration functions to ensure compliance with state laws and best practices in the excess and surplus lines insurance sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and upholding compliance standards across policy administration functions
• Ensure all policy administration activities adhere to applicable state laws and regulations
• Review and monitor policy documentation for accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an underwriting assistant, account assistant, or CSR in excess and surplus lines within wholesale brokerage, MGA, or program administrator environments
• Experience with surplus lines AIM software
• Active property and casualty insurance license (preferred)
• Surplus lines license (preferred) where applicable
• Professional designations such as CIC, CISR, ARM, or CPCU (preferred)
