Surrogacy Match Expert is a full-time position responsible for guiding and matching surrogates with intended parents, fostering relationships, and supporting the surrogacy journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct matching consultations with gestational carriers and their partners
• Identify high-quality matches that meet legal, clinical, and personal requirements
• Collaborate with various teams to support efficient matching processes and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum two years of experience in client or patient-facing roles
• Proficiency in computer and data entry skills
• Experience in medical, social work, mental health, infertility, or third-party reproduction fields is advantageous
• Natural charisma and trustworthiness
