Required Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations
• Ability to build and maintain authentic relationships with creators and public figures
• Alignment with organizational values and competencies, including emotional intelligence and inclusivity
• Experience or personal connection to low-income or historically marginalized communities is encouraged
