Surrogates and Influencers Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surrogates and Influencers Director (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the surrogate strategy, including measurement and relationship management
• Oversee the execution of surrogate campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery from briefing to analysis
• Develop content strategy and creative direction, guiding creators on messaging aligned with the company's mission

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in influencer or surrogate-related roles, with a proven track record of success
• Strong project management skills and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations
• Ability to build relationships and inspire creators while authentically representing the company's mission
• Alignment with the company's values and competencies, including emotional intelligence and inclusivity
• Experience with low-income and/or historically marginalized communities is encouraged
