Surveillance Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surveillance Case Manager to join their investigations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary desktop investigations to prepare files for field surveillance investigators
• Coordinate with surveillance investigators and provide updates to clients
• Review surveillance videos and ensure quality and consistency
• Prepare clear, concise reports based on investigative findings and surveillance reviews

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in investigative platforms, specifically Track-Ops
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
