Surveillance Technical Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Advisor, Surveillance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, rollout, and monitoring of various surveillance strengthening activities
• Support Ministries of Health in improving pathogen detection and case reporting
• Facilitate coordination among public health entities and contribute to project documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MPH, MS, MD, PhD) in epidemiology, public health surveillance, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with surveillance systems in low- or middle-income countries
• Expertise in disease surveillance, early warning systems, and data analysis
• Experience working with health ministries and public health organizations
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is preferred
