Survey Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Survey Agent - Contractor (USA Only).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to conduct surveys and provide information
• Respond to and resolve inbound phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Manage a large volume of outbound and inbound calls daily and update databases with survey responses

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of internet tools and Windows OS
• Ability to work from home with reliable internet and a computer with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM
• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid government ID
