Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Survey Drafter, the full-time remote position will focus on survey drafting with boundary determination and easement resolution for ALTA, Topographic, and Boundary Surveys while requiring minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Perform survey drafting tasks for various types of surveys including ALTA, Topographic, and Boundary Surveys
• Resolve boundary determinations and easements effectively
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D 2022 for drafting purposes, enhancing project accuracy and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of survey drafting principles and practices
• Experience with boundary determination and easement resolution
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2022 is preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of ALTA and Topographic survey requirements
