Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Survey Programming to lead the Survey Programming function within the Research Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complex survey programming and technical delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality standards
• Lead and develop a team of survey programmers, managing workloads and providing technical guidance
• Implement process improvements and maintain programming standards across multiple platforms

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the market research industry
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Decipher survey programming
• 3+ years of experience in people management and team development
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of quantitative research methodology and questionnaire design principles
