Key Responsibilities

• Develop survey methodologies for data collection, analysis, and reporting on customer satisfaction
• Lead survey development from concept to execution, ensuring clarity and alignment with research objectives
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand research goals and provide guidance on survey design strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in project management and survey design
• Master's degree in a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of survey instrument design and testing
• Experience with traditional testing of surveys and human-centered design
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
