Job Summary
A company is looking for a Survivor Liaison to support a Department of Defense initiative focused on enhancing services for survivors and beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison with Survivor Outreach Services and Casualty and Mortuary Affairs offices to capture and communicate survivor-related business requirements
- Conduct workshops and interviews to define system and process needs for improved survivor support
- Document current workflows and design future processes to enhance responsiveness and visibility in survivor assistance
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or process improvement in federal or defense programs
- Proficiency in requirements documentation and workflow analysis using tools like Microsoft Visio, Jira, or Confluence
- Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies
