Sustainability Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sustainability Data Analyst to support national benchmarking of utility performance for buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the national Energy Star Portfolio Manager Account, including preparing energy models and troubleshooting certification applications
• Submit energy and water data to comply with local ordinances and educate property teams on using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager
• Research municipal program developments, develop analysis tools for certification potential, and perform outreach campaigns

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in a related field (environmental science, engineering, etc.)
• 1-2 years of experience with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and benchmarking buildings
• Experience with utility portals for obtaining aggregated energy data
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Interest in energy and sustainability
